Cabernet Sauvignon Grapes in Paso Robles
10-12 Tons of premium Cabernet Sauvignon Grapes for Sale.
We produce less than 3 tons/acre - Contact Us
Twelve years ago we searched all over the state to satisfy a dream. We wanted to plant a vineyard small enough that we could provide extensive canopy management and grow our favorite noble wine grape Cabernet Sauvignon. We chose beautiful Paso Robles because of it’s ideal climate (hot days and cold nights) and the soil, both of which we found are very similar to parts of the Napa Valley.
Our mature ten-year-old vineyard produces 10-12 tons of premium Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, which yields less than 3 tons/acre. Utilizing instruments to measure soil moisture and plant stress, we have found great success with the Regulated Deficit Irrigation regimen to produce our premium Cabernet Sauvignon wine grapes.
MISSION STATEMENT
“With attention to detail, we synchronize the growth and development of our vines to produce balanced optimum wine grapes.”
